These terms cover the use of this website. A motor, a drawing or a quotation is supplied under the order acknowledgement, not under this page.
The website
The pages describe series, applications and the way Mavilor engineers a motor. Figures on the site are the published ranges. They are not a guarantee that a particular execution is in stock or that it fits an axis we have not sized.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an offer for the execution described in it. It expires on the date the quotation states. An order is accepted when Mavilor acknowledges it. Drawings, windings and special mechanics belong to that order.
Documents
Datasheets, models and certificates are issued for the series or the execution named on them. Do not use a document from one series to release another. If the file you need is not published, ask and we will send the one that applies.
Liability
The site is provided as published. Mavilor is not liable for a decision taken from a catalogue range before the axis has been sized. Liability for a delivered motor is the liability stated in the order acknowledgement.
Law
Spanish law applies to this website. The courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory rule gives you a different court.
