What we collect
- Name, company, email, phone and country, when you send a request.
- The application details you choose to describe: torque, speed, environment, duty and volumes.
- Technical files you attach, such as drawings or specifications.
- Server logs that record the pages requested, the browser and the time of the visit.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer the request, to size a motor, to send the document you asked for, and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell the list. Infranor sales companies receive a request only when they are the office that will answer it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the project is open and for the period afterwards that tax and product-liability rules require. You can ask us to correct or delete a record that we no longer need for those duties.
