What the Xtrafors Prime
Gives Your Axis

The properties the Xtrafors Prime was designed around — taken from the Mavilor documentation, not from a brochure adjective list.

  • Zero Cogging

    The slotless stator removes the reluctance variation behind cogging torque — no detent steps.

  • Minimal Torque Ripple

    Smooth torque through the whole revolution, for force-loop and low-speed positioning axes.

  • High Speed and High Torque

    0.24 Nm to 75 Nm stall torque — 3 000 rpm rated up to 13.2 Nm, 1 500 rpm above it.

  • High Efficiency

    Less loss in the magnetic circuit, less heat to take out of the machine.

  • High Rigidity

    A stiff mechanical design that holds its position under load.

  • Modular Construction

    One platform, sixteen standard models — shafts, flanges, housings, windings and connections customized on top.
